- Individuals aged 18+ at select pharmacies
- Hot spot (M6K) residents turning 18 or over in 2021
- First Nations, Métis, and Inuit adults
- Health care or personal support workers
- Essential workers (Group 1)
- Essential workers (Group 2) [starting on May 11, 8am]
- Licensed childcare workers
- Education workers (including special education)
- People with highest-risk health conditions and their caregiver
- People with high-risk health conditions and their caregiver
- People with at-risk health conditions [starting on May 11, 8am]
- Chronic home health care recipients
- Residents and staff in care homes, shelters, and group living settings (including essential caregivers)
- Faith leaders at high-risk of exposure
