Drop-in only. No appointments required. Individuals who do not work or live in a Toronto hot spot postal code are not eligible to get their vaccine at this clinic and will not be vaccinated.
Bring ID that shows who you are and where you live or work:
- Driver's license
- Passport
- Health card (optional)
- Work identification/pay stub
